A Loved Lovey

It's sweet when kids have toys they love so much to the point of needing repair. Seems like this little bear had been pulled, tugged, and chewed on quite a bit in the course of his "loving." But before I stitched him up, I just had to sketch him for 20 minutes. Pen and watercolor, 5" x 7".

I really enjoy creating and reading journal-style sketches like this. I've been inspired by some new ideas in a couple books and now I can't wait to do more.
