River View

I felt like doing some elaborate penwork tonight, and thought of a fancy baroque-style picture frame. My subconscious filled in the picture in the center, a scenic landscape with a meandering river. How quickly large amounts of rain can turn those rivers into flood zones... Unbeknownst to me at the time I was drawing this, many people in another part of the state were being affected by severe river flooding. My thoughts and prayers go out to them. Pen, approx. 4 1/2" x 5 1/2".
