Work in progress...

The embroidery, that is. The drawing had to be done after 20 min. Pen on ecru sketch paper, approx. 4" x 6". I think this subject was more ambitious than some I've done so far, but I am certainly learning to get the necessary stuff into the composition first and quickly. Perhaps I should have moved the scissors a little, though... and I'll try color next time I use this subject.

An aside: Dear Kreinik blending filament, your metallic sparkle looks so awesome, but you are such a pain to work with. (But Q-Snap frame, you are the best!)
